Cultivation Biology & Master Overview
Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata ("Ovoids") is the great exception among wood species: while P. azurescens and P. cyanescens require winter cold and fruit in November, P. ovoideocystidiata fruits in SPRING (April-June) at much milder temperatures (15-20°C), being the easiest and fastest lignicolous species to grow.
