Cultivation Biology & Master Overview
Known as Summer Oyster or Phoenix Oyster, it is the perfect alternative to Pleurotus ostreatus when spring or summer temperatures rise above 20°C. It does not need cold thermal shock and fruits extremely quickly with aniseed aromatic notes.
